He applied an ointment on my feet, then had his office convince me to pay $150 for a product called Tolcylen, which has an 1% active ingredient of tolnaftate. This is available in many, many over-the-counter ointments for under $5. I asked for my money back and he refused. He said, "Are you a pharmacist? He's not!
