- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I used Fidelity National Title for the purchase and refinance of an 80 acre parcel overlooking the Napa Valley. After a title error was discovered which was for a mile long access to the property - a claim was opened by the Fidelity title officer on my behalf. Years later after an appraiser was hired by Fidelity from Boise Idaho who valued my loss at $0. I was forced to open a lawsuit which I was forced to settle for about a tenth of the loss as it is impossible to fight a huge company whose primary purpose appears to be to protect the bottom line of their shareholders rather than protect the interests of those they insure.October 30, 2017by Ann Zollinger
